SHIPPING

After payment is received, and it reflects in our bank account, your order will be packed. As soon as your Parcel has been delivered to Nampost you will receive a waybill number for tracking purposes.

Purple Butterfly cannot be held liable for packages that are damaged or lost. I will ensure that the parcels are packed as securely as possible so that they cant be damaged.

We courier Nation wide for N$100.00 via Nampost Courier. If you would like a different courier it will be at your own cost.

It is not possible for me to track and trace every ones package. On the waybill is your tracking number, which you can track yourself on Nampost`s Website.

Delays on the courier side are out of my hands. Once parcels are handed over to the courier, I assume no further responsibility.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We stive to bring you great quality products. Every item will be quality checked for defects before it gets shipped.

If however, you feel that the product is faulty or damaged in any manner, we will gladly exchange the product ( If available ) or provide store credit.

All returns and exchanges need to be submitted to us within 1 week (7 Days) from delivery date.

To arrange an exchange or store credit, please send a whatsapp message to +264 81 820 4889.

The item must be in the original, unused, unworn condition with the label still attached. The item must have no defects, stains, makeup marks, pet hair or smells (cigarette smoke, perfume etc). Once the item is received by us and the Condition assessed, your item will either be exchanged or refunded.

We do not accept returns or refunds on any sale items. For hygienic reasons, we will not exchange, return nor refund jewellery, body products, hair products or swimwear.

All shipping cost associated with a return or refund will be your responsibility.

Wrong size: We will gladly exchange the item, if there is stock f the specific item in the correct size and only if all the above – mentioned conditions were met.
